Altec Hosts Two New Training Classes to Help Customers Maximize DocLink for In-Office and Remote Situations

DocLink University subject- and role-based classes designed to provide customers with training for users at all levels

Laguna Hills, CA – June 8, 2021 – Altec, a leader in enterprise document management and process automation solutions, is hosting the first of its new DocLink University classes this month.

The first DocLink Smart Form Toolkit (SFTK) class kicks off this week, Thursday June 10. SFTK uniquely allows users to personalize DocLink to fit your specific processes and needs with the ability to configure your own user interfaces. This one-day interactive, virtual class focuses on page creation, CSV import, processing Smart Form and Smart Form attachments. Attendees will also learn how to customize the look of your Smart Forms with your own logos, colors, and more.


Additionally, our first DocLink Admin 101 class, a 3-day interactive, virtual session designed for newer or non-technical admins starts next week, June 14-16. We’ve slowed down the pace and pulled essentials from our Advanced Admin Training to provide hands-on lessons focused on administrative basics. Attendees will learn how to manage their own system, including trouble-shooting and maintaining their environment.
