Altec Launches Implementation Certification Program for Partner Success

DocLink Deployment Certification program is designed to help partners contribute significant, measureble customer value

Laguna Hills, CA – June 27, 2019 – Altec, a leader in enterprise document management and process automation solutions, has updated its DocLink Deployment Certification program to provide partners with greater education and support to successfully help customers make a digital transformation.

Designed for VARs who want to be able to implement DocLink for their customers, the DocLick Deployment Certification program offers Altec partners hands-on training and shadowing opportunities with Altec’s Implementation team.  This ensures partners are comfortable with all aspects of an implementation including preparation, installation, configuration and training. Partners will receive official certification once they complete two customer implementations with Altec personnel which will be validated following a written exam, skills demonstration, and training assessment.  In return, DocLink certified partners will be able to utilize DocLink for their own internal document management solution at no charge.
