Altec Releases DocLink 3.2.1 Delivering Significant Enhancements to Web and Mobile Solution

Latest release of the industry-leading document management solution delivers an updated and expanded web solution that enables coding and approval of invoices from a desktop, laptop or mobile device

 Laguna Hills, CA – October 10, 2017 – Altec Products, Inc., the leader in document management and workflow solutions, today announced their release of DocLink 3.2.1 which is globally available immediately through the company’s channel of ISV alliance partners, ERP consultants, and software resellers.

The DocLink 3.2.1 expansion pack delivers an updated and expanded web solution that can be deployed on a desktop or mobile device.  The most notable enhancement is the inclusion of GL Smart Forms – giving users the ability to code and approve invoices regardless of their device, speeding up internal operations.

For DocLink users that don’t participate in the invoice approval process, there are several new features to enhance the DocLink user experience. The release offers search and workflow results enhancements, multi-column results sorting and one-click access to supporting documents.  DocLink also now provides a more responsive user interface that adapts to your specific device.
