Altec Sponsoring, Presenting at Amtech 2018 Digital Transformation Conference

Presentation will focus on how DocLink helps automate business processes to improve efficiency, visibility and control

Laguna Hills, CA – October 1, 2018 – Altec, a leader in enterprise document management and process automation solutions, announced today its sponsorship of the Amtech User Conference this week through October 3rd in Atlantic City, NJ.

Altec’s Northeast Sales Director, Laura Lechien, will be presenting a session titled, “Taking Everything Digital: Realizing the Paperless Office with Amtech Enterprise Document Management.”

Lechien comments, “Amtech customers in the packaging industry have very specific pain points that DocLink, Amtech’s Enterprise document management solution can fix.  For example, DocLink allows companies to store all of their sales order-related documents, including quotes.  Barcoded pick and delivery tickets created, delivered and signed in Amtech’s solution can then be batch scanned into DocLink using the barcode module, significantly minimizing data entry and batch storage of those documents.  From there AR can create invoices, and using the DocLink Distribution tool, these AR invoices are automatically delivered along with signed delivery tickets.  This process provides accuracy and cost savings for companies, who then often implement DocLink in other areas such as AP invoice processing.  I’m looking forward to this conference.  My goal is to educate and share ideas on how we can help organizations streamline their business processes, better manage their documents, and provide information on disaster preparedness – all by eliminating paper and going green!”
