DocLink Update Takes Mobility Further

Altec happily announces a twofold DocLink mobility update: DocLink 3.0 now includes an easy mobile app and also an enhanced web client. DocLink Mobile is available in native app form for both iOS and Android, making it simple to perform approvals and reviews while on the go or out in the field. If you are a DocLink user interested in carrying your entire document repository in your pocket, go to either the Apple App Store or Google Play today for the free download! DocLink Web has also been enhanced to include workflow capability. The web client serves both users and business partners with Quick Search, an inquiry option that can be hosted on a SharePoint web page to grant easy access to DocLink documents from within SharePoint. Product Manager Merri Jo Cleair comments that Altec knows today’s workforce is increasingly mobile, which is why “DocLink Mobile and DocLink Web offer greater document visibility from multiple devices and browsers.” Sound interesting?
