A Winning Customer Story at Solver BI360 Focus Conference

Last week, Altec participated in the Solver BI360 Focus Conference in San Diego, and we had a great time with the Solver team and all their amazing partners and customers.  Not only did Altec host a table at the event, but as a presentation sponsor we had the opportunity to present DocLink to attendees.  Our session was well attended and participants appreciated the real-life success stories of some of our customers who had implemented our DocLink document management solution.

Most exciting was that one of our DocLink/BI360 customers attended our session and was the winner of our $50 Amazon gift card drawing!  Denise Clay from Central Arkansas Water shared with us that for 17 years, their company stored an endless number of boxes of documents in another warehouse they owned.  Being able to scan and manage all those documents with DocLink eliminated the need for that warehouse and they now rent it out!

Implementing DocLink was simple, and she detailed how easy it was to set up the integration between DocLink and BI360.  Going paperless was a monumental shift for the accounting department, and she attended our session to find out how to extend DocLink outside of AP into HR and other departments.
