Our customer success team is solely focused on helping you with your goals, taking your issues on, and working tirelessly to help you get the most out of your DocLink solution. Each Customer Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for customers in their specific territories, while our Customer Success Associate (CSA) focuses on ensuring your maintenance renewals are handled quickly and efficiently.

They bring a diverse set of backgrounds, skills, and experiences, but they all have one thing in common: they are passionate about their work and committed to delivering the best results for you – our customers.

Let’s get to know each of them a little bit better:

How long have you worked in your field, and what inspired you to pursue your current role?

Jerry: I’ve been in Technology sales for over 20 years. I fell into sales as a young adult, and my first job consisted of selling miscellaneous items to office employees – from comb and brush sets to Disney books and toys. It was a challenging job, but it taught me how to read a room and grab someone’s attention quickly, which are important skills in sales.

Crawford: After 5 years of experience in sales and customer service, I decided to take on a new challenge and venture into the software field. Although it was intimidating at first, I began exploring local software and tech companies and took on several interviews for outside sales and account management positions. In the end, my efforts paid off, and I feel extremely fortunate to have interviewed for and accepted a job with this company.

Rachel: I’ve worked here for more than a year now. Prior to this, I worked in the fashion industry for four years but felt unfulfilled and was seeking a more rewarding career path. I decided to explore the software industry, and that’s when I learned about this company through a friend. With her help, I landed a job here, and I’ve been here ever since!

Andrew: I was looking for new opportunities to step out of my comfort zone and broaden my knowledge, so one thing that pushed me to pursue my current role was the chance to tap into an industry that I knew nothing about. It’s been 9 months since I joined, and I’m excited to continue growing in my current position.

Aaron: I’ve been working in sales for about 4 years. About a year ago, I made the transition from real estate sales to software sales which gave me the chance to engage with established customers and problem-solve with them. I find addressing customer needs by helping them figure out how to maximize what they already own extremely appealing. So, the blend of both in this position aligns perfectly with what I enjoy.

What is your favorite part about working with the company?

Jerry: I love the people I work with – everyone is always ready to lend a hand whenever it’s needed. Also, as a Customer Account Manager, I get to work directly with our existing customers, and I love being a consultant to them. It’s my job to really understand their processes and help improve them. Seeing our customers achieve success and get the most out of our solutions is extremely satisfying.

Aaron: Definitely the people. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, there’s been no hesitation to lend a hand, and I’ve experienced a genuine willingness to support me.

Rachel: The community! Everyone that I’ve met has been very kind and helpful. I’m also fortunate to work with some of my closest friends!

Crawford: I appreciate the positive aspects of my work here, such as the great work culture, the balanced work-life ratio, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization. I have great faith in the product and relish the challenge of helping our diverse range of clients succeed with DocLink.

Andrew: The best thing about working here is the community we have and the opportunity for growth. I like that we’re encouraged to keep learning and developing our skills so that we can better support our customers’ goals.

What are your favorite hobbies or one thing that no one knows about you?

Rachel: In my free time, I enjoy staying active by working out and being outdoors – whether it’s at the lake, the beach, or in the snow. I also have a passion for all things country music, including festivals and concerts. When I’m not doing any of those things, I like to spend time with my boyfriend, family, and friends. Oh, and one fun fact about me is that I’m a big fan of football – both college and NFL!

Crawford: I’m a huge fan of Sci-Fi movies and love activities like camping and bird watching. My father is a BIG surf guy, so naturally, I took on the hobby as well. It was through surfing that I discovered a deep passion for the outdoors, nature, and traveling. I feel very fortunate to live in the best geographical area to feed my passions.

Jerry: I love being physically active, playing basketball or golf, and spending time with my family. Outside of work, I’m always looking for ways to stay active and have fun with my wife, Bobby, and my kids, Jordan and Jacey. We love playing basketball together and hitting the golf course whenever we get the chance. It’s a great way for us to bond and enjoy the outdoors.

Andrew: I have a few hobbies that I really enjoy. Some of my favorites include playing rugby, snowboarding, mountain biking, and surfing. Overall, they’re just really fun, and I enjoy the variety!

Aaron: Well, a little-known fact about me is that I tore both of my shoulder labrums while playing team handball during my time at the US Military Academy at West Point. But I’m all healed now so I really enjoy playing basketball, skiing, and engaging in outdoor activities with my dog, Zara. Whether it’s exploring parks or going on hikes together, we always have a great time.
