Altec Shines at GPUG Amplify
Last month was the inaugural GPUG Amplify Conference in Anaheim, CA which we happily sponsored. Several GP users, partners, ISVs and the Microsoft product team attended, and the opening session was standing room only! The presentation highlighted the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP roadmap and a glimpse at Microsoft Dynamics 2016. Following opening session were three days of educational sessions, networking opportunities, expo hall with GP ISVs and support from Microsoft team members.
As a Platinum sponsor, Altec had a kiosk on the expo floor and a 30-minute breakout session. At the kiosk, we were glad to see attendees stop in to watch as Mark Uranza, Senior Sales Engineer, showed the power of DocLink using our mobile app which allows users to work virtually anywhere using a mobile device. Our session hosted more than 25 active listeners who watched Peri Lynn Silkwood, Sales Director, showcase the benefits that DocLink could bring to every organization. The presentation highlighted the top reasons companies go paperless and how different departments benefit from DocLink. The growing demand for document management was evident as several attendees went to the booth after for additional information and personalized demos.

Overall, GPUG Amplify was a great event – the GP community needed a gathering place to connect and GPUG delivered! Enthusiastic feedback from attendees were shown in the social media tweets with #GPUGAmplify.
