Altec’s Final 2019 Advanced Admin Training Was Packed With DocLink Power Users

It was a full classroom for our final Advanced Admin Training (AAT) last week, which was hosted by DocLink customer Securus at their headquarters in Carrollton, TX. 

The 4-day intensive training included lectures, real-life examples, and hands-on labs led by Cathy Champlin, Customer Support Manager and John Claiborne, Senior Consultant.  Cathy and John instructed customers on the many powerful facets of DocLink including ERM capture, import and output managers, auditing, security and workflow, and much more to provide them with the tools they need to get the most out of the solution.

But it wasn’t all work…the class had the opportunity to connect with each other and share their DocLink experiences in the evenings over cocktails and dinner.
