It Was a Full Classroom For Our First 2019 DocLink Admin Training!

Altec officially kicked off its 2019 Advanced Administrator Training (AAT) series last week in Texas with a class full of DocLink power users!  Altec customer RealPage was a gracious host for this 4-day intensive training session which includes lecture, real-life examples, and hands-on labs to help educate them on how to continue making a digital transformation.

AAT, led by Cathy Champlin, Customer Support Manager and John Claiborne, Senior Consultant, provided customers with instruction on many powerful facets of DocLink including ERM capture, import and output managers, auditing, security and workflow, and much more to provide them with the tools they need to get the most out of the solution.  Additionally, attendees received a thorough review of the DocLink Customer Portal, and Igor Kras, one of Altec’s Sales Directors, also provided an in-depth presentation about OCR that was appreciated by attendees.

Lori Corbino, Customer Care Manager was on hand during the event, and had the opportunity to speak with customers about what they love about DocLink, as well as what they need and want from the solution moving forward.  As always, the intimate, personal classroom setting offered an excellent opportunity for customers to interact with each other, discuss the pain points they are each working through, and ways DocLink has helped them.

But it wasn’t just all work as the group went out for cocktails and dinner, getting the real Texas experience at Mena’s Tex-Mex Grill.
